Nancy Rohland-Heinrich, MBA
General Manager, National University Virtual High School

Nancy Rohland-Heinrich has worked in higher education and human services for more than 30 years. She has been an administrator in the National University System in San Diego, California since 1979. Ms. Rohland-Heinrich has held a variety of leadership positions statewide and regionally in student services, admissions, enrollment management, community relations, academics, online learning, and administration. For the past three years, she has served as the General Manager of the National University Virtual High School. Ms. Rohland-Heinrich served as the Associate Regional Dean of San Diego, providing oversight to all locations in the region for over a decade. 

Ms. Rohland-Heinrich is a native Minnesotan and earned her bachelor's degree with majors in social work and sociology from St. Cloud State University, graduating magna cum laude. Ms. Rohland-Heinrich earned an MBA at National University. She has completed her coursework for her doctorate degree in Education in the area of Organizational Leadership at the University of La Verne.

As a long-term resident of San Diego County, Ms. Rohland-Heinrich is involved in the local education community, civic activities, schools, and charitable organizations. She has represented National University in several statewide and regional educational organizations. Ms. Rohland-Heinrich serves on numerous advisory boards, assists in regional conferences and has represented educational initiatives at regional, statewide and national levels. She has participated in many community and educational organizations including San Diego LEAD, Cal-SOAP, San Diego Council on Literacy, San Diego Education Consortium, Campaign for College Opportunity, California Articulation Council, HEUG, San Diego Mentor, Campaign for College Opportunity, NACOL, ISTE, CUE, AACRAO, NASPA, USDLA, NACOL, AICCU, GSDIEC and ADEC.

Ms. Rohland-Heinrich has dedicated her professional career to encouraging educational opportunities for diverse populations of students and focusing on increasing access and services to all learners through innovative delivery systems at the secondary, undergraduate and graduate levels.
