NUVHS employs California Credentialed Teachers, who are all NCLB ‘highly qualified” in their subject areas. The NUVHS faculty are content area experts who are experienced in teaching in traditional classrooms as well as utilizing the latest online learning technology available. All instructors have gone through the National University Virtual High School Teacher Academy learning updated navigation techniques, best practices in online education, creation of multimedia in an online classroom, etc. The faculty understands the unique paradigm of online education and are well-versed in providing the personal one-on-one attention students need in order to be successful.
