To apply for admission to NUVHS, please complete the following:
1.Download and complete a NUVHS Application Packet on the right hand side of this page and mail or fax the signed paperwork to the contact information provided on the application. You are welcome to mail the $60 enrollment fee payable by check or money order, to the address listed below. However, if you wish to pay by credit card, please submit your application to our offices and we will contact you for payment information.

2. Download and complete a Course Transferability Verification Form on the right hand side of this page. Each high school, district and college has its own guidelines regarding acceptance of credits therefore we strongly encourage students to gain approval for off-campus courses. Students who wish to transfer NUVHS credits to their primary high school are required to mail or fax (858.642.8750) an approved Course Transferability Verification Form to NUVHS prior to enrollment.
Please note that while the majority of NUVHS students are of high school age, 12-19, NUVHS can also accept adult students looking to complete their high school diploma.
