Tuition Rates
All NUVHS courses are equivalent to a semester-length high school class but can be completed in an accelerated format. Students must spend a minimum of eight weeks in any Advanced Placement (AP) course or four weeks in any college preparatory course. A student who registers at the beginning of a term will have at least sixteen weeks to complete the semester course.
The course format descriptions and tuition rates for each follow:

4-16 week semester course Current Tuition = $295 Teacher-to-student and student-to-student interaction occurs frequently in this format using almost exclusively asynchronous communication features such as email and discussion boards. Live, synchronous communication may be used at the teacher’s discretion. |
Advanced Placement (AP)* |

8 - 16 week semester course Current Tuition = $375 Teacher-to-student and student-to-student interaction occurs frequently in AP courses. Because of the rigor of these courses, NUVHS teachers will provide instruction via both synchronous and asynchronous communication features. The instructor will also conduct an exam prep module prior to the AP exam date. |
*For all NUVHS courses, there is a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $60.

NUVHS also offers dual-credit courses through National University. Tuition costs for these courses are established by the University and can be found here.
