Education

Alejandra earned a bachelor's degree in Spanish literature from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master of Education degree in curriculum and instruction, as well as an administrative credential, from Point Loma of Nazarene University.  After attending San Diego State University, she earned a single-subject bilingual teaching credential.   

Alejandra has been teaching in southern California's Sweetwater Union High School District as a Spanish and bilingual resource teacher for over four years.  She has taught all levels of Spanish, as well as Advanced Placement Spanish literature courses. 

Alejandra joined the NUVHS faculty team in the spring term of 2006.
