Time for Class!
Access your online course through Blackboard Learn.

National University Virtual High School (NUVHS) students are encouraged to log into their courses on a regular basis. We find that students are most successful when they spend an average of 12 to 15 hours per week working in the online environment. This can include viewing lectures, completing assignments, participating in online discussion boards, taking exams, and preparing projects.

Students should also work on their course every day or every other day, when possible. We understand that emergencies happen, vacations are pre-planned, or travel schedules become demanding. However, we ask that students set aside the time required to dedicate themselves to their online courses in order to be successful. Students who work on a more regular basis have higher levels of comprehension, improved communication with instructors, and are overall more pleased with their experience with online learning.

For more information about the time commitment and participation requirements of our online courses, please see the NUVHS Grade Eligibility Agreement.
