Allstate Foundations Second Annual Keep the Drive Journalism Award
Deadline: March 20, 2010
The Allstate Foundation (TAF) is calling for high school students to either write an article and have it published in their school newspaper or write and produce a broadcast news segment for their high school news station to help raise awareness about the dangers of texting while driving.

Jason Robins Dance Scholarship
Deadline: March 31, 2010
The Jason Robins Dance Scholarship is available to high school students and college freshmen and sophomores who are seeking to develop a career in dance. You must be a resident of California, have a minimum 2.5 GPA, and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.

Gen and Kelly Tanabe Scholarship
Deadline: July 31, 2010
The Gen and Kelly Tanabe Scholarship is open to 9th-12th grade high school students, college students or graduate school students who are legal U.S. residents. Students not currently in school must plan to enroll in a higher education program within 12 months. Students may study any major and attend any college in the U.S. The award may be used for tuition, room and board, books or any related educational expense. A brief personal statement is required.
