Planning for College
Finding the right college and locating reliable financial aid information can be daunting challenges to undertake alone. Planning should start early to be sure a student is preparing academically for the college environment with rigorous coursework, participating in appropriate extracurricular activities, and applying for any necessary financial aid.
College planning can include selecting the correct courses to meet college entrance requirements, choosing a major area of study, completing entrance exams such as the SAT or ACT, and researching your prospective colleges. Many of these steps are detailed in the helpful links we have listed to the right of this page.
Full-time NUVHS students may call NUVHS to communicate with our staff either over the phone or via email in regards to college planning. We can be reached by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone (866) 366-8847.
NUVHS recommends that part-time NUVHS students speak with their high school counselors for guidance and support throughout their college search. We wish you the best of luck in your college planning and application process.
