To apply for admission to NUVHS, you can do either of the following:
1. Download and complete a Course Transferability Verification Form on the right hand side of this page. Each high school, district and college has its own guidelines regarding acceptance of credits. Students who wish to transfer NUVHS credits to their primary high school are required to mail or fax (1.858.642.8750) an approved Course Transferability Verification Form to NUVHS prior to enrollment.
2. Download and complete a NUVHS Application Packet on the right hand side of this page and mail the signed paperwork, along with the $60 enrollment fee payable by check or money order, to the address listed below. If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact NUVHS at 1.866.366.8847.
