The above link to the SOAR Student Portal will allow you to complete the application process, including paying the $60 application fee. After you have paid this fee, please contact an advisor directly at 1-866-366-8847. They will help you register for classes, make payments, and get started. Online applications can be processed quickly and will be given priority for registration.
Please note that if the student does not have a Social Security Number, you will need to use the paper application that is available as a download on the right-hand side of this page.

Be sure to complete the Course Transferability Verification Form included in the application process. Each high school, district and college has its own guidelines regarding acceptance of credits therefore we strongly encourage students to gain approval for off-campus courses. Students who wish to transfer NUVHS credits to their primary high school are required to mail or fax (858-642-8750) an approved Course Transferability Verification Form to NUVHS prior to enrollment.
Please note that while the majority of NUVHS students are of high school age, 12-19, NUVHS can also accept adult students looking to complete their high school diploma.
