United States History A

United States History A provides a general overview of the history of the United States. In chronological order, students will explore America's past, examining the cultural, political, geographical, economical and technological changes that have taken place that have helped to shape and guide us as a nation today. This online American history course will cover issues relating to America's beginnings through World War I, focusing on Constitutional issues, the Civil War & Reconstruction, industrialization, and immigration.

United States History B

This course provides a general overview of the history of the United States, with an emphasis on the Twentieth Century. In chronological order, students will explore America's past, examining the cultural, political, geographical, economical and technological changes that have taken place that have helped to shape and guide us as a nation today. This online American history course will cover the 1920's to the Present, focusing on the Roaring 20's, the Great Depression, World War II, the Cold War, and the Modern Civil Rights Movement.
